Would you like a sponsorship opportunity with New Hampshire’s largest and only non-profit triathlon club? The Granite State Triathlon Club (“GSTC”) was organized to foster national and international multi-sport competition through the support and development of amateur athletes throughout New Hampshire. Triathlon is one of the fastest growing sports in the country amongst all ages, and we are lucky here in New Hampshire to have a race series that draws athletes both from around the country and the world. GSTC promotes the sport by opening our membership to all age levels and abilities, providing professional coaching and trainings, participating in local, regional, national and even international competitions, while providing financial support for athletes to expand their competitive opportunities. GSTC also volunteers throughout the communities it serves in support of local programs.

With your support of GSTC, you will be recognized by a growing number of triathletes who live, work, train and race in New Hampshire. 2006 was a great year for our club. Through the display of logos on our gear, banners and website, and coverage in the press, our sponsors received over 10,000 brand impressions through races, trainings and club promotions. For 2007 our membership has grown, and thousands more athletes, spectators and bystanders will see the advertising of our sponsors.

Of course, there is another reason to support GSTC. As a recognized non-profit, you will be supporting our mission to foster national and international multi-sport competition, with all the benefits that accrue from organized sports. From the earliest civilizations to existing cultures throughout the world, the values and benefits of sport competition in our societies is well recognized. In this way your contributions support local athletes on the national and international stage. All contributions are, of course, tax deductible.

We again have tiered sponsorship levels for 2007:

• Ironman: $2500: This level is our ‘title sponsorship’ level. In addition to everything from the Half Iron sponsorship level, the Ironman sponsor names will also appear on our required competition uniforms, and therefore in most TV and newspaper coverage. Limited to only 4 sponsors, you will be mentioned in all press releases distributed by the club. Your name would be the most prominent on our T-shirts and sweatshirts, and Ironman sponsors will have top billing on our banner. This level is open only until January 15, 2007 so we can order our uniforms in time for our earliest events.
• Half Ironman $1000: In addition to everything from the Olympic sponsorship level, your business logo and link will also appear at the bottom of EVERY page of our website, reinforcing the brand impressions for local athletes and supporters. The web site, which is linked to the United States Triathlon Association web site, is the primary venue which attracts new members. Half Iron sponsors will also be displayed on our banner. Must be committed to by February 1, 2007.
• Olympic $500: Everything from the Sprint sponsorship level, but your business will be more prominently displayed on our T-shirts/sweatshirts and non-racing apparel by adding its logo with larger type, and your web link will be on our sponsor’s page of the GSTC website. Both enhancements will differentiate your brand from other sponsors. Must be committed to by February 1, 2007.
• Sprint $250: Your business name will be displayed on the sponsorship page of our website, and on our T-shirts/sweatshirts and other non-racing apparel.

A listing of all sponsors will be available as an insert to our brochure. This is a unique opportunity because you are paying for a one-year placement, but our members, their friends and families will be wearing these items for years to come! Must be committed to by February 1, 2007.

All sponsors will be featured on clinic and specific event T-shirts, and an annual ‘Thank You’ ad to be run in local newspapers.

In 2006 GSTC launched its scholarship program to benefit members needing support to further their education and training in multi-sport related disciplines. Administered separately from the Club’s normal activities, we are building an endowment to fund scholarship awards.
