Uphills!  Both on the bike and run.  Thank Science that there aren’t uphills in the water!

Right after I finish! Hanging out with friends exchanging excuses why we could have gone faster!

Favorite workout

Long slow trail run outside on a cool sunny day with friends that I have made through GSTC.

Currently training for

Patriot Half, SOS and Reach the Beach back to back.

Oatmeal with craisins and cinnamon and coffee with cocoa and cream

Non-triathlon hobbies

Wool! Knitting, weaving, spinning, hooking, dying, braiding, you get the idea.
