I have really enjoyed being a member of such a great group of athletes. As the years pass by I have become more comfortable in the water and on the roads. I have developed a comfort zone with each tri that I race in and have definitely matured as an athlete.

My family is most important for me as I have a beautiful wife and 2 beautiful daughters who support my efforts of training and racing. Balance in life is my top priority with so much going on every day. Triathlons and GSTC have helped me find that difficult balance and give me reason to stay in shape.

Looking forward to a healthy and successful 2010 season. Unfortunately, not quite ready for the IRONMAN! But I am an IRONMAN 70.3!!!!!!!!
